A New Fight for Life...
In the mid 2000's, Thomas Beatie was announced as the first ever pregnant man. It took the media by storm, but the culture wasn't quite sure what to do with the news. The reality was that it was all a facade. Thomas Beatie, the pregnant man, was really Tracy Lagondino, a woman who on male hormone treatments and who had undergone a double mastectomy.
Despite being called "a pregnant man," Tracy was very much a deformed woman with a uterus. She has since gone on to have 2 more children, still being referred to as a pregnant man. A delusion of the highest order...
But, all that is on the brink of changing. We are now seeing the next phase of the Transgender revolution beginning to show itself. Doctors in Europe and India are seriously discussing the possibility of uterine transplants into men. This sounds more like something from Mary Shelley's Frankenstein than from real, human reality...
But that seems to be where we're headed. Riding the ideological momentum of cultural revolution, doctors are on the brink of building their own version of humanity. Humanity made in the image of man. Frankensteins.
Frankenstein: A monstrous creation; especially a work or agency that ruins its originator.
The Transgender revolution is not only transforming Western culture and reshaping the West’s approach to logic, law, and basic reality. The LQBTQ revolution is actively breaking bodies and ruining lives.
Romans 1:18-23 - “For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who by their unrighteousness suppress the truth. For what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them. For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse. For although they knew God, they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him, but they became futile in their thinking, and their foolish hearts were darkened. Claiming to be wise, they became fools, and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images resembling mortal man and birds and animals and creeping things.”
It's All From Sin...
Sin is corruption; it corrupts man to the core. It corrupts his nature, his desires, his thinking, and his interactions with the world. Sin, by its nature, disorders the world as God has made it; and in disordering the world, it disorders those who live in the world.
We see this disordering from the very beginning when Adam and Eve transgress God’s Garden-law not to eat of the tree—and we have seen it everyday since. The world is broken. Sin corrupts. None of this is overly surprising.
But, every so often, something so heinous and so unthinkable occurs that it stops us cold, and makes us reassess even our understanding of sin and its effects.
Can It be True?
In a recent article at World News, Doctors Consider Uterine Transplant for Male Pregnancy, it was reported that a Doctor in India is actively pursuing the first uterine transplant into a transgendered female (a biological male), So just to be clear, doctors are actively working to put a female uterus into a male’s body. The end goal of such a procedure would be for a man to gestate a baby.
Let that sink in. "Male pregnancy."
The World article quotes a leading Swedish doctor saying, “Could a biological man one day receive a transplanted uterus and deliver a baby? A few doctors think so. Dr. Mats Brännström, the Swedish surgeon who delivered the world’s first baby from a transplanted uterus, told Euronews that ever since his success, men have eagerly inquired about the procedure. “I say to them we haven’t done enough research, but I think it will be possible in the future. It may take five or 10 years, I would say,” he told the news network. Brännström added that since many countries already approve of cross-sex hormones and transgender surgeries, he didn’t see any ethical problems with taking the next step and allowing men to undergo uterine transplantation.”
How Did We Get Here?
In the late 1970’s and 80’s, Second-wave feminism was arguing for abortion-rights for women on the basis of equality. For women to be equal to men, so they argued, they had to be able to be just as “unpregnant" as men. Babies became nothing more than impediments to what women wanted, so there had to be a way to dispose of them so women could achieve their goals. No consideration of the invaluable life in the womb.
We even invented a new language to devalue those lives and make ourselves feel better calling them “fetuses” instead of “babies.”
It changed nothing. Babies still died; murdered in the most sacred of places.
Babies were sacrificed on the altar of personal freedom and desire because the value of human life was not as important as women not being inconvenienced.
A New Altar for More Babies! Bring on the Slaughter!
In a strange and perverted reversal, we find ourselves once again placing babies on the altar of personal freedom and desire—albeit in a new way—because transgendered women (men) now want to gestate babies.
Feminism brought about a fundamental devaluing of men and manhood. Manhood began to be considered as toxic by many. We have created language for this too: “Toxic-masculinity.” This phrase is usually leveraged against those who believe that men should be strong, lead, provide, and protect. It's more and more becoming a critique of the biblical worldview.
Feminism largely succeeded, but not in raising the value of women. It succeeded in devaluing life in the womb, and in destabilizing the role and identity of men. We ought not think that such radical reversals of reality have no consequence in the world. The consequences are very real and far reaching. Ideas have consequences. Feminism did much to disorder the very nature of our world; its ideas dis-integrate God’s integrated world.
Feminists argued for the right to kill babies so they could be equal with men. But in doing so, they opened the way for a new form of female oppression. Men are demanding to purchase exclusively female body parts, have them placed in their male bodies, all in an effort to carry the babies that women do not want. How strange...
What happens to women when men no longer need them? Or, more frighteningly, when men only need them for the harvesting of their bodily organs?
Feminism's successes have resulted in men wanting to be women in every way possible. The problem is that nature is fixed. God did not created us as malleable creatures. Men are men and women are women. Men cannot be women, and women cannot be men. Men cannot gestate babies. And just because medicine might be able to place a uterus in a male body, it's still a female uterus in a male body.
Will We Become a Nation of Frankensteins?
Pregnancy is one of God’s wonders. He specially crafted the female body with its organs, hormones, and bone-structure for the purpose of gestating babies. When a woman conceives, her God-given body goes to work preparing a place for new life to grow, receive nutrients, and eventually be birthed into the world. And after that birth has occurred, God has so ordered His creation that the baby continues to rely on his/her mother's body for life. So many miraculous changes occur in a woman’s body so that she can gestate that child and give it life.
Men have none of that. This is news to no one. Men are not women. One of the most basic indicators of this reality, other than our eyes and real, lived experience in the world, is the bone structure of the pelvis. Men and women have different pelvic structures. And why? God gave women a pelvic structure for gestating and birthing babies.
But now, in service of the Transgender ideology revolution, medical doctors are actively and seriously working to put a female uterus into a male’s body because our culture has rejected reality and “believes” that men can be women. This is not possible. It is not possible for men to be women, nor for women to be men. God's integrated world cannot be violated in such ways; not without severe consequence. Such irrational belief is a direct rejection of God’s revealed truth in the Bible, and also finds itself in contradiction with every conceivable fact about the world…even something as simple as bone structure.
It seems so silly to say, yet it has become necessary: Men ought not even think they can gestate babies.
The article reports, “Researchers are quietly mapping out the details of how such a procedure could allow a man to carry a pregnancy. One article published in the British Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology discussed how to overcome a specific “anatomical hindrance” in men. In another controversial study, scientists castrated male rats, then surgically joined them to female rats so their hormones could flow into the male’s transplanted uterus. The large majority of the babies born from the male rats died, leading one scientist to conclude that “females are not simply males with a uterus.”
“There will be a lot of deaths, rats and otherwise, if this kind of experimentation continues,” said Paige Cunningham, former executive director of the Center for Bioethics and Human Dignity at Trinity International University in Deerfield, Ill."
This entire project is an exercise in gross unethical behavior; it is genocidal behavior. It is no different that Shelley's Frankenstein. We have rejected God's designs and descended so far into dark foolishness that we are treating our bodies like vending machines. We are dismembering the sacred human body, and rebuilding into our own image and desires.
To think that men can gestate babies because a uterus has been placed in their bodies is nothing short of utter foolishness; a profound rejection of God’s creative designs. Such practice is not only not a pursuit of true virtue and goodness, it is the very opposite. It is the pursuit of wickedness and pure evil.
Just like Thomas Beatie claiming to be a pregnant man, a man who receives a uterine transplant is fooling no one, not even himself. And yet, unlike with Beatie, the consequences of these actions could prove far more deadly and destructive.
As Cunningham notes above, if the practice of male uterine transplant actually continues, there will be a lot of deaths. So many babies will die in female wombs that have been placed in male bodies. And why? Why will babies die? Because men are not women,.
One of the horrors of the Nazi Concentration camps was the human experiments perpetrated by the Nazi doctor Josef Mengele, nicknamed the Angel of Death. He is remembered as one of the worst criminals in human history for his experiments.
But now, in a perverted reversal of events, we are celebrating such acts. Doctors are being hailed as heroes for treating body parts and gender distinctions like options in a vending machines.
What Lies Down this Road?
What will become of the men who submit their bodies to such a degrading procedure. What is to become of the children who are born having been gestated in the body of a man? How many will have to die before this barbaric practice is seen for what it is?
The Transgender revolution has become really good at pressing its agenda and silencing its detractors...especially its detractors from inside. Men and women are already undergoing gender transition surgeries. Men are having their penises removed and turned into vaginas. Women are having hysterectomies, and having a prosthetic penis' added. They are having their breasts removed (often called top surgery).
But the revolution silences the many who come to regret these procedures. To undergo such a procedure dis-integrates a person, putting him/her at odds with their own bodies. And there is nothing that can be done to repair the damage done.
Wombs in male bodies will become the new altar for the sacrifice of children. And even if, by some chance, medicine finds a way to manipulate a womb in a male body so as to produce a child, what kind of child might it produce?
My prayer is that we never find out…
